The RIIHAN308F – Load and unload plant unit provides workers with the skills and knowledge to safely prepare, load, unload and secure mobile plant and equipment for transport.
This course is ideal for workers responsible for moving earthmoving equipment, elevated work platforms, skid steers, forklifts, or other plant between worksites using floats, tilt trays or trailers. It focuses on transport safety, load restraint, and compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) obligations.
Training is delivered face-to-face on-site for suitable employer groups. It includes practical training using ramps, tie-down equipment, and load positioning principles in line with Australian Standards and WA road transport regulations.
Upon successful completion of the RIIHAN308F – Load and unload plant course, participants will achieve a Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment issued by KI Training and Assessing.
