Refund and Cancellation

KI Training & Assessing scale of refund is outlined below and determined by the amount of notice given prior to course commencement:

Less than 4 business days’ notice – 50% of the course fee will be charged
Less than 2 business days’ notice – Full course cost charged
If you arrive later than the course commencement time and you are not permitted entry to the course 100% of the course cost will be charged.
Once training has commenced there are NO refund options.

Please note any refunds will be minus a 1.75% processing fee or 3.5% for International Cards.

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to admin@kita.edu.au.

Please note our business hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Cancellations must be notified during these hours; any requests received outside of business hours will be acknowledged on the next business day.
